Services to Be Held Tuesday Afternoon for Alonzo Williams

CHARLES CITY – Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Lindaman funeral chapel for Alonzo Williams, 59, who died suddenly here Friday morning.

The Rev. H.A. Gustafson, pastor of the Covenant Evangelical Mission church was in charge of the services.

Mr. Williams had been a construction laborer here for the past two years.

CHARLES CITY – Funeral services for Alonzo M. Williams, who died Friday morning shortly before he was to start work, were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Lindaman funeral home, the Rev. H.A. Gustafson, pastor of the Evangelical Mission church, officiating. Burial was in Riverside cemetery.
