Former Charles City man dies at 83

CHARLES CITY - Ray Huffman, 83, former Charles City resident, died Wednesday at a rest home in Waterloo. He is survived by two nephews, Chester Huffman, Charles City, and Harold Huffman, of Floyd, and a niece, Mrs. Frederick McDonald.
