Funeral services are pending for Dale Patterson, 41, of 1217 Dorothy Drive who died Sunday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital after suffering a heart attack.

Born in Charles City, Iowa, on December 12, 1931, he was the son of Jay and Ivy (Hoeft) Patterson, and was married to the former LaDonna Wrede on August 13, 1950.

Mr. Patterson was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church and was employed at Rath Packing Co. in the quality control division.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, David in the Air in Germany, Mark at home, two brothers, William Patterson, 2523 Garden Ave., Cedar Falls, Robert Patterson, Charles City, two sisters, Mrs. Doris Joslin, Denver and Mrs. Mildred White, Charles city.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services are pending at Locke Funeral Home where friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday.
