MARBLE ROCK, IOWA - Beth E. Hillman Reinhart, 95, of Marble Rock, died March 21, 2014, at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.
There will be no visitation and no funeral. Beth donated her body to the University of Iowa College of Medicine for scientific purposes. Later she will be cremated and her ashes will be buried at the Westside Cemetery, near Marble Rock, Iowa.
Beth Evelyn Hillman was born January 23, 1919, in rural Scott Township near Marble Rock. She was the daughter of Leonard and Addie (Greer) Hillman.
She received her education in a rural school at Packard, Iowa, and two years of high school in Greene. In 1935 her family moved to Marble Rock where she graduated from high school in 1937.
On February 16, 1940, Beth was united in marriage with Roger M. Reinhart in Charles City. Following their marriage, they started farming west of Marble Rock. In 1948 they moved three miles to their present farm where they have continued to live since retiring in 1980.
Beth was a member of the neighborhood Natalla Club since 1945.
Survivors include her sister-in-law Thelma Carman of Des Moines and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Roger, daughter Karen Reinhart, three brothers Dale, Gale and Donald Hillman, twin sisters in infancy and Irma Fiddick.
