CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Charles E. Whitechurch, 55, died Friday night at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital of cancer.

He was head of the audio-visual department of the Charles City Community Schools the past eight years.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery.

A parish scripture service will be at the Hauser Funeral Home at 8 p.m. Sunday; friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.

Survivors include his wife. Teresa; two sons, Charle E. of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and John of Willingsboro, New Jersey; two daughters, Mrs. Dan (Mary) Block of Bluegrass, and Mrs. James Lange of Charles City; his mother, Mrs. George Whitechurch of Shullsburg, Wisconsin; a sister, Mrs. Robert Witte of Rockford, Illinois; and four grandchildren.
