WINTERINK, BUNKER

Minus B. Winterink, a resident of Charles City for 83 years, died at his home, 117 College Ave., Friday night. He had been confined to his bed since last September. Mr. Winterink was born in Rockford, Illinois and came with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Winterink, to this county when he was three years old. He was a farmer until 16 years ago when he retired and moved to Charles City. Mrs. Winterink died two years ago.

He is survived by his son, Earl Winterink and one grandson, Russell, a student at Iowa State College, and one sister, Mrs. Jennie Bunker, Cedar Rapids.

Dr. J. Walters, pastor of the First Methodist Church, will officiated at the services Monday afternoon. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
