Graveside Rites at
Rudd for Aged Woman

Rudd, Iowa - Word has been received by relatives of the death of Mrs. Mary Kerlin Smith, 91, a former Rudd resident, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W.A. Berry, Fort Collins, Colorado.

She was born in Pennsylvania and came to Rudd with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Kerlin, in 1882. In 1908 she went to Colorado and made her home with her daughter at Fort Collins until her death Dec. 14. The body was to be brought to Rudd for burial in Evergreen cemetery.

Graveside services were to be conducted Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. by the Rev. Bernard G. Olson, pastor of the Methodist church.
