CHARLES CITY--Services for William Emil Matte, 80, who died Thursday evening at the Charles City hospital of complications following surgery will be 1 p.m. tomorrow at age Funeral Home; burial in Evergreen Cemetery near Rudd with military rites by the American Legion, VFW and World War I Veterans; survived by his widow Mertie; and a brother, Otto of Tucson, Ariz.
