John McCluskey Rites Held Locally; Burial at Rudd Cemetery

Funeral services for John McCluskey, 56, who died at a hospital in Iowa City Tuesday, following an illness of about a month, were held at the Patterson funeral home Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. H.E. Pope, pastor of the Church of the Open Bible, officiating.

Mrs. Harold E. Wolfe sang "Lead Kindly Light, " "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere," and "Old Rugged Cross." Mrs. Roscoe Patton accompanied at the organ.

Mrs. Dale Cory, Mrs. Louis Graner and Mrs. Mike Thomas were in charge of flowers.

Pallbearers were Louis F. Graner, Don Haxton, Howard Hood, Mike Thomas, Dale Cory and Henry Legler. Burial was at the Rudd cemetery. The Patterson funeral home in charge.
