Frances Elizabeth “Fannie” (Fox) Mullen –1867 – November 2, 1957

RITES TUESDAY AT CHARLES CITY FOR MRS. MULLEN

Charles City – Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Hauser Funeral home here, for Mrs. Fannie L. Mullen, 89, who died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bessie Pint, Floyd. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery at Floyd.

She is survived by her husband, A. A. Mullen, Rockford; five sons and two daughters: John, Rockwell; Mrs. Bertha Jenkins, Burbank, California; Owen, Rockwell; A. L. Mullen, Marble Rock; Ben, Floyd; Andrew, Rockford, and Mrs. Pint.

Also surviving are 42 grandchildren, 77 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Grace Baker, Nashua, and two brothers, Joseph and Robert, both of What Cheer.

Mrs. Mullen was preceded in death by four children, four brothers and two sisters.
The Rev. Reuben Strecher, Powersville, will officiate at the services.
