C. W. KRUGLER RITES THURSDAY AT NORA SPRINGS
Nora Springs – Clarence William Krugler, 71, Nora Springs, died at the Soldiers’ Home at Marshalltown Saturday, June 3. He had lived in Nora Springs since November 1957.
Funeral services will be in the Sheckler funeral Home at 2 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Howard J. Eldrenkamp, pastor of the Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in rock Grove Cemetery.
Born November 8, 1889 at Howard, South Dakota, he was the son of Louis and Rebecca (Warner) Krugler.
He served in World War I. On November 24, 1920, he was married to Elsie Edna Grover, Charles City. They spent most of their married life in the Rockford vicinity.He is survived by his wife; two sons; Grover, Nora Springs; Robert, Charles City; two sisters; Mrs. Will (Eva) McKee, Nevada; Mrs. Edith Cody, Des Moines; a brother; Carl Kruger, Rogers, Arkansas; and four grandchildren.
