Keith Victor Kuck – June 3, 1922 – October 24, 2012

Keith V. Kuck, 90, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2012. He was born June 3, 1922, in Rockford, Iowa, to the late Victor and Grace Kuck.

After serving in the U.S. Navy in World War II, he received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State Teachers College and his Master's degree from Northwestern University.

He married Roma Smith in 1956 and moved to Indianapolis where he taught at Arsenal Tech High School until he retired.

He was a faithful member of First Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church, Stamp Club, and the American Legion. He enjoyed ushering for the Indianapolis Symphony, volunteering at the Indianapolis 500 and Parade, tutoring at school 70 and performing in numerous plays at Footlite Musicals. He also enjoyed traveling and was an avid record collector.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Roma (Smith) Kuck and two nephews, Wayne and Jerry Stanley. He is survived by a brother, Kenneth Kuck and wife Ardeth, nephew, Roger Kuck and wife LeeAnn; and niece Brenda Henderson and husband Alan and their families.

On Roma's side of the family he is survived by nieces Ellie Stanley; Ron Stanley and their families and many beloved nieces and nephews in Iowa.

Services will be held on Monday October 29, at 10:30 a.m. at First Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church, 4701 N. Central Ave.

Visitation will be from 9:30 prior to the service in the church parlor. Burial will follow at Danville South Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Online condolences or to view Keith's video tribute may be done by visiting www.flannerbuchanan.com.
