MRS. FARNHAM SERVICES HELD
PALLBEARERS FOR 84 YEAR OLD ROCKFORD WOMAN ARE GRANDSONS

Rockford – Funeral services were held for Mrs. J. W. Farnham, 84, Thursday afternoon at the home at 2 o’clock, and at the Rockford Methodist church at 2:30, the Rev. Charles G. Fort officiating. Mrs. Vern Mosher sang, with Miss Jean Munshower at the organ. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Curtis, Frank, and Claire Katcher, Robert and Clifford Farnham, and Kenneth Squier, all grandsons.

Surviving are six children; Mrs. Mae Fields of Gardiner, Oregon; Mrs. Rose Katcher, Charles City; C. R. Farnham, Ionia; J. C. Farnham, Rockford; Mrs. Lila Billings, Nora Springs, and V. C. Farnham; one sister; Mrs. Julia Gerhard of Gardiner, Oregon; two brothers; Charles Osier of Laurens; and G. E. Osier of Charles City; 20 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

Mrs. Farnham died Monday afternoon at the home of her son, J. C. Farnham, northeast of Rockford.

Mary Delphine Osier was born September 9, 1855 in Vermont, the daughter of Joseph Osier and Mary (Goulet) Osier.

She married John Wesley Farnham, the son of Samuel Farnham and Eliza (Robinson) Farnham.
