WOMAN’S RITES TO BE TUESDAY
54 YEAR OLD NORA SPRINGS WOMAN DIES FOLLOWING OPERATION

Nora Springs – Mrs. Frank Weaverling, 54, died Sunday morning in a Mason City hospital following an operation.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist church, with the Rev. Robert Davies in charge. Burial will be made in Park Cemetery.

Surviving are her husband and nine children; Mrs. Marie Rieman of Rudd; Mrs. Charlotte Guest of Nora Springs; Mrs. Mabel Finch of Mason City; Mrs. Esther Stiller of Osage; Mrs. Hazel Young of Dougherty; and Clarence; Loyal; Wayne; and Lois, all at home.

Pearl Nettie Tibbits was born February 14, 1885 in Floyd County Iowa, the daughter of George Tibbits and Charlotte (Connor) Tibbits.
Her parents are buried in the Osage Cemetery, Mitchell Co., Iowa.

She married Frank Wesley Weaverling, in Platte City, South Dakota, the son of John Wesley Weaverling and Mariette (Dodge) Weaverling.

Frank was born March 20, 1878 in Mitchell County, Iowa and died May 12, 1959 in Nora Springs. His parents are buried in South Dakota.
