MRS. C. MOREY, CHARLES CITY, DIES AT 61

Charles City – Mrs. Curtis Morey, 61, a resident of Charles City many years, died Wednesday morning at the Chautauqua Guest Home.

A graduate of the Charles City High School, she taught in the Floyd County schools 12 years. She and her husband operated a grocery store in Charles City for many years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, White Shrine and Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband and several nieces.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Grossmann-Hage Funeral Home. The Rev. Roland Ritter, pastor of the First Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
