MRS. ELWINN R JENNESS
Mrs. Elwin R. Jenness, 1223 LaPorte Road, died at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at the St. Francis Hospital of carcinoma.
Born July 2, 1889 at Nora Springs, Floyd County, Iowa, she was the daughter of George F. and Eda Byers. She was married August 6, 1905 in Waterloo to Edwin R. Jenness and has lived in or near Waterloo for the past 42 years.
She was a member of the Methodist Church at Rudd, Iowa.Mrs. Jenness is survived by her husband and father, George Byers, 1223 LaPorte Road; and was preceded in death by her mother and one daughter.
The body is at Kearns Garden Chapel.

Funeral services for Mrs. Elwin r. Jenness, 57, of 1223 LaPorte Road, who died at 7:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis Hospital of carcinoma, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kearns Garden Chapel, with Dr. Frank Court, pastor of Linden Methodist Church, officiating.
The body will then be taken to Nora springs, Iowa, where there will be services at 2 p.m., in the Methodist Church, with Rev. C. D. Boggie, pastor, officiating.
