Neena Kay Fisher Jones was born October 4, 1956, in Waterloo, the daughter of Charles and Mary Ann (Ruesink) Fisher. She attended Charles City Schools. Neena worked for many years at the 11th Street Chautauqua until her sickness forced her to retire. She was a vibrant and spunky person who loved her family and friends very much and would do whatever she could for them. She lived her last days to the fullest, going on a trip with her daughter, Heather, her sister Lori, and a good friend to Florida. She also traveled the Midwest to see her favorite bands perform. Neena loved spending time with her grandkids scrapbooking, feeding the ducks, and going to the park. She always went out of her way to make cupcakes from scratch and decorate them. Neena's sons and grandchildren will cherish the memories from the many camping trips. She was a very hard worker, was full of life, and fought to the very end.

Left to cherish Neena's memory is her mother, Mary Ann Fisher of Ionia; her daughter, Heather Jones of Charles City; four sons, Travis (Angie) Christensen of Tripoli, Jamie Jones, Edward "Eddie" Hartson, and Dakotah Jones all of Charles City; four sisters, Charlene Fisher of Ionia, Lori (Mike) Fisher Kuykendall of Floyd, Dee Etta (Felix) Alberto of Charles City, Tiffaney Fisher of Waterloo; five brothers, Kevin Fisher of Witchita, Kans., Darwin (Rita) Fisher of New Hampton, Dale Fisher of Charles City, Larry Fisher of Faribault, Minn., Randy Fisher of Ionia; 10 grandchildren, Isabell, McKenna, Dianna, Ariana, Lakiya, Jerell, Mataya, Jamiya, Tonita, and Shauntal; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Charles; a brother, Calvin; and a niece, Rachel.
