CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, April 23, 1986 for Robert E. Fiser, Sr., 55, of Charles City, at the First Baptist Church, 105 Chapel Lane, Charles City. Rev. W. Greene will officiate and burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, in Charles City.

Mr. Fiser was born on January 13, 1931 in Charles City, to Ralph and Margaret (Wilcox) Fiser. He received his education in Charles City schools.

On November 2, 1950 he was married to Shirley Gunsallus at the United Methodist Parsonage in Mason City. Mr. Fiser worked as a machinist for White Farm Equipment Company until retiring in 1978. He was a member of the UAW No. 1315 and the Cedar Rock CB Club.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley of Charles City; his mother, Margaret Fiser of Charles City; four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Barbara) Holm of Sheldon, Mrs. Bryan (Nancy) Johnson of Osage, Mrs. Stephen (Janet) Newton and Mrs. David (Connie) Jung, both of Charles City; two sons, Robert E. of Waverly and Sfg. Jim E. Fiser of Germany; three brothers; two sisters; and 12 grandchildren.
