Funeral services were held Friday, March 14, at St. John Lutheran Church in Charles City, for Mrs. Elenora Ida Kemp, 90, of Charles City, Iowa, who died on Tuesday, March 11, 1986 at a Charles City nursing home.

Dr. Paul Mork officiated and burial was in Sunnyside Memory Gardens in Charles City.

Mrs. Kemp was born May 10, 1895 in Alta Vista, Iowa, to Charles and Augusta (Arndt) Joachim. She was educated in Alta Vista schools and married Arthur E. Kemp on June 20, 1918 in Alta Vista. She was associated with her husband in the former Kemp Cafe, Charles City.

Survivors include one son, Irvin, of Osage; one grandson; and three great-grandchildren.
