Funeral services for Joseph Kelly, age 85, of Marble Rock, Iowa will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 8 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Roseville, Iowa. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Church cemetery. Hauser Funeral Home of Charles City, Iowa is in charge of arrangements.

Joseph Kelly was a farmer. On February 6, 1943, he married Opal Faye Randall.

Joseph died of natural causes Monday, June 5, 1989 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Milton Kelly, four brothers, and a sister.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Opal; a son Norman (Sara) Kelly of Marble Rock, Iowa; 4 grandchildren, Robert "Bob" Kelly, Mardel Kelly, Andrew "Andy" Kelly, and Frank Kelly; a brother, Earl Kelly of Oconto, Wisconsin; and 2 sisters, Evelyn Finn of Des Moines, Iowa and Frances Weideman of Mason City, Iowa.
