NORA SPRINGS, IOWA - Paul R. Culbert, 86, of 907 West Congress, died Monday (Nov. 12, 2001) at the Nora Springs Care Center.

Private family funeral rites will be conducted on Thursday at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St. in Charles City, with the Rev. Diane Mitchell of Trinity United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Floyd.

There will be no visitation. Fullerton Hage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
