Marcella Mae Maxwell of the Coker Creek Community in Tellico Plains, Texas, passed away at her home on Saturday, February 6, 2010. She was born May 20, 1930 at Rudd, Iowa to Oscar M. and Goldie L. (Krambeer) Kensrue. She married Robert L. Maxwell. Later they divorced. She was cremated. The family received her remains. Bierelay-Hale Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas was in charge of the arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Arvin G. Kensrue and Argiel Lee Kensrue.

She is survived by her children, Linda Kay Brown, Diana Lynn Willingham, Tressa "Terry" Ann Lanier, and James Blair Maxwell; 9 grandchildren, Amber Lanier, Chassity Stone, Angie Leonard, Heather Thompson, Robert Barber, Shawndel Wheeler, Kelly Maxwell, Jamie Maxwell, and Robert Maxwell; and 8 great-grandchildren, Cassie Lanier, Jade Lanier, Cody Stone, Travis Britenricker, Taylor Thompson, Zachery Leonard, Brandon Leonard, and Olivia Barber.
