Theodore Nasing,
Former Osage Resident,
Passes Away

The Waterloo Courier of Saturday carried news of the passing of Theodore Nasing, a former resident of Osage. Death came Saturday morning, shortly after midnight, after three months of severe illness.

The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the O'Keefe undertaking parlors, in charge of the Reverend Curran, a Methodist pastor at Waterloo. Interment was at Waterloo.

Mr. Nasing came to Iowa from Illinois and lived for some time in and near Charles City, moving to Little Cedar from there, then to Osage. In the spring of 1920 he and Mrs. Nasing moved to Waterloo, where they made their home with their daughter, Mrs. George Mack, and her husband. At the time of his death he was 69 years of age.

It was less than fifteen months ago that Mr. Mack lost his father, the late Reverend M. D. Mack, of Osage.
