OBITUARY

Elmer Elsworth Randall was born in Clayton County, Iowa near Elkport April 15, 1861, and died at his home near Marble Rock, Iowa, June 13, 1914.

He came with his parents to Marble Rock in 1865, where he has since resided. On March 26, 1902 he was united in marriage to Mamie Hubbard.

Three children blessed this union, two girls and one boy, who with the faithful companion are left to mourn his loss.

He is survived by five brothers and one sister; John and Ed of this place, Joe of Florida, Marian and George of Montana, and Loretta Johnson of Kansas.

Three years ago Mr. Randall's health began to fail and in spite of the best of medical attention and loving care, he grew steadily worse until death came to his relief. He was a kind and generous nature, a great lover of home and family, ever devoting his time and attention to home duties.

Reverend B. A. Davis officiated at the funeral. The music was furnished by a quartet composed of Mesdames Chas. Moore and Darland, and Messrs. McBride and Ackley.
