Graveside services for Marilyn H. Sebaugh, 85, of Marble Rock will be Saturday, April 16, 2011, at the Hillside Cemetery, Marble Rock with Rev. Msgr. Walter Brunkan Officiating.

Marilyn Helen Staudt was born April 19, 1925, in Marble Rock, a daughter of Nicholas and Barbara (Kramer) Staudt and died Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at the Rockwell Community Nursing Home in Rockwell. She attended the Catholic School in Roseville and graduated from the Marble Rock High School.

After graduating from LaJames Beauty College in Waterloo, Marilyn was united in marriage to Edward Krull. She became a very successful beautician on a farm east of Marble Rock and later in Marble Rock.

On February 18, 1958, she was united in marriage to Merlyn Sebaugh. They made their home on the family farm west of Marble Rock.

Marilyn loved horses. She still had two horses she fed twice a day up to her stroke in September of 2010. Marilyn was a good wife and hard worker who loved taking care of her house and yard.

She is survived by her husband, Merlyn; 2 daughters: Marcia (Pete) Vorhes of Marble Rock, Janet Wright; 5 grandchildren: Tamy (Rad) Alger, Pam (Matt) Guilbeault, Tara (Dan) Urban, Ray (Melissa) Vorhes; 9
great-grandchildren: Zackary, Logan, and Colbee Neff; Jarad and Aeydon Alger; Bennett Guilbeault, Drew and Jake Vorhes; Michael Wright.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Krull, one son in infancy, and her parents.
