Landborg Funeral
to Be Friday
at MinneapolisCHARLES CITY, IOWA — Funeral services will be held in Minneapolis at 1:30 p.m. Friday for Harry W. Landborg, 47, former Charles City feed and seed store operator, who died in a Minneapolis hospital Tuesday of a coronary thrombosis. He had moved last year to New Ulm, Minn., where he was a salesman for Dr. Mayfield Laboratories of Charles City.
From New Ulm, he moved to Minneapolis where he was engaged in the restaurant business.
He operated Landborgs Feed and Seed store here for more than 10 years and was also in the tavern business here for a short time also operated Landborg's Seed and Feed elevator here.
He was born in Minneapolis on March 15, 1909. While in Charles City, he was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, Coletta, two daughters, Marlene and Judy, a sister in Minneapolis and a brother in Anoka, Minnesota.
Two brothers preceded him in death.
