INDIA ANN ESSER
RUDD, IOWA - India Ann Esser, 23, a resident of 1654 Foothill Ave., Rudd, died Sunday morning, September 10, 2000, in a single automobile accident near Rudd.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Rudd United Methodist Church, Rudd, with the Rev. Debra Stowers and the Rev. Richard Pippert officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, where family will greet friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 South Main St., Charles City, and visitation will continue one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the church.
India Ann Esser was born November 11, 1976, in Sioux City, the daughter of James and Linda (Baehne) Esser. She graduated from Rockford Senior High School in 1995. She was employed at Graham Manufacturing in Mason City. Some of her achievements were Junior and Senior Showmanship at the Floyd County Fair, being on the honor roll in high school and being on the basketball team and the volleyball squad. She loved livestock and spending time with her son, Rocky. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Most of all she will be missed by her son and her youngest sister, Billie.
Living family members include her son, Rocky Esser, at home; her parents, Jim and Linda Esser of Rudd; three sisters, Angela Riley of Norwood, N.J., Terri Price of Iowa Falls and Billie Esser of Rudd; her grandmothers, Neva Baehne of Charles City and Darlene Lambert of Mason City.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Harold Baehne, Leo "Bud" Esser, Alvin Lambert, and great aunt Rem Eichmeier and other beloved family members.
