WILLIAM A. DUGAN

CHARLES CITY - William A. "Bill" Dugan, 63, of 1005 Freeman St., died Sunday (Aug. 1, 1999) at the Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, Mason City.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, U.S. Highway 18 and Clark Street, Charles City, with Monsignor Stanley J. Hayek officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, with a graveside flag presentation conducted by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit.

Visitation will be held from 2:30 to 9 p.m. today at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St., Charles City, with a rosary at 3 p.m. by St. Jude's Circle and a Scriptural wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the church.
