CHARLES CITY — Bernald L. "Murph" Venz, 67, of 300 Fifth St., died Sunday (Feb. 14, 1999) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital, Charles City.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City, with the Rev. Dennis D. Niezwaag, pastor of Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Charles City, officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Charles City.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today at the Hauser Funeral Home where the family will greet friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Visitation will resume at 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
