CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Iva (Mrs. Roland) "Pinky" Parson, 84, a former resident of 107 Oliver St., Charles City, died Sunday, August 5, 2001, at the Ninth Street Chautauqua Guest Home, Charles City.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 South Main St., Charles City with the Rev. Dennis Niezwaag, of Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, rural Charles City.

Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday where the family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday.

Memorials may be directed to Hospice of North Iowa, Charles City site.
