HORN, BLACKBURN

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Friday at Hauser Funeral Home for Albert G. Horn, 74, a former Charles City resident, who died Tuesday evening at the Sunnydale Nursing Home here where he had been a patient for the past two weeks. Burial in Sunnyside Memory Gardens near here.

Since 1946 he had been making his home in Independence, Missouri with his son, who was stationed in the Air Force near there, but with a recent transfer of the son to Michigan, Mr. and Mrs. Horn returned to Charles City.

He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Alfred Blackburn, both of Charles City; Master Sgt. Richard Horn, Kinrose Air Force Base, Kinrose, Michigan, and Bradley Horn, Englewood, California; and a sister.

A son, Wordell, who was killed in World War II, in Germany, while in the Air Force.
