CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Ada Jean Smith, 64, of Charles City, died Thursday, October 12, 1995, at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Hauser Funeral Home with the Rev. Carol Krause of the United Church of Christ, Ionia, officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, Charles City.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hauser Funeral Home, and will continue at 9 a.m. until time of services on Monday.

Ada Jean Smith was born March 29, 1931, in New Hampton, Iowa.

Survivors include one brother, Gerald Smith of Nashua and one sister, Madlyn A. Hebert, West Palm Beach, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
