CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Services for Marvin E. Sogard, 77, who died Tuesday at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Messiah Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, with military rites.

Survivors, include his wife, Genevieve; a daughter, Mrs. Roderick (Jean) Rohrberg of Torrance, Calif.; a son, Dean of Ames; and a brother, Walter of Clear Lake, Minn.

Hauser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The casket will not be open.

Mr. Sogard was employed by the Farmers Home Administration for 28 years.
