Charles City — Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p. m. at the Hauser funeral home for Mrs. C. J. Elliot, 70, a resident of Floyd township, two and a half miles south of Floyd, who died Saturday morning at the Cedar Valley Hospital here, where she had been a patient six days.

She had bean a resident of the community for nine years; burial in Rockford Cemetery.

Born Katie A. Milloy, at Nora Springs, Iowa, July 11, 1874, the daughter of Daniel and Grace (Sinclair) Milloy; on July 18, 1896,

She war married to Charles J. Elliot, near Rockford.

Three daughters were born to their union, all of whom with their father survive; Mrs. H. S. Neal, Northwood; Mrs. Clark Anderson, Floyd; and Mrs. Lawrence Anderson, Floyd: 12 grandchildren; two brothers, Alex Miller, Bell Flower, California, and Duncan Milloy, Rockford.
