Raymond C. Stewart

FLOYD, IOWA - Raymond C. Stewart, 79, died Friday (April 4, 1997) at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City, with the Rev. Blair Rohde-Frank of Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Raymond Carl Stewart was born April 11, 1917, in Floyd County.

Survivors include his wife, Lois, of Floyd; one son, Craig Stewart of Charles City; one daughter, Beverly Farrell of Clinton; three brothers, Lee Stewart and Larry Stewart, both of Charles City, and Eugene Stewart of Treynor; two sisters, Harriett Elfers of Charles City, and Joyce Wilcox of Nora Springs; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
