SHIRLEY A. SCHMITT

CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Shirley A. Schmitt, 75, of 2499 185th St., Charles City, died Thursday (March 11, 2004) at her residence.

A funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Charles City, with Monsignor Ervin J. Schmitt celebrating the Mass. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St. in Charles City, where the rosary will be re-cited at 4:30 p.m. followed by a vigil scriptural wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue Tuesday at the church an hour prior to the Mass.
