FOUNTAIN, COLORADO -- Elizabeth M. Hutchins,76, a Fountain resident, died Dec. 1, 2002, in Colorado Springs, Colo., from cancer. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Hutchins was born April 30, 1926, in Charles City to William and Rose Fritsche. She was married Aug. 20, 1951, in Mason City to Floyd A. Hutchins.

Mrs. Hutchins moved to the area in 1968 previously living in Ohio.

She is survived by her husband, Floyd; two sons, Alan and Beth Hutchins and Kelvin and Toni Hutchins; two daughters, Amelia Rose and John Carrillo and Kathryn and Joseph Czanderna; her grandchildren, Verta and Colette Hinckley, and Mark Carillo, Blaine and Lenee Oehlerking, Kelli Cordova, Todd and Kim Oehlerking, Heath and Jill Oehlerking; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Phyllis Shuros; and a nephew, William Fritsche.

She was proceeded in death by her parents; a granddaughter, Ashley Sue Hutchins; six brothers; and one sister.

Visitation and memorial services were held at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary. Burial was at Fairview Cemetery in Fountain. With Rev. Jerry Farr officiating.
