Gladys Alberta McFarland Bird Vokaty, 85, of 95 N. Cedar Terrace, Charles City, died Monday, April 9, 2001 at the 9th St. Chautauqua Guest Home, Charles City.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2001, at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Hayek officiating. A luncheon will follow at the VFW. Burial will be held in Little Cedar Cemetery, Little Cedar, Iowa.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home with the family present from 6 to 9 p.m. Sister Jennifer Rausch will be leading a scripture service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services on Friday.
