CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Robert F. Kelly, 74, died Saturday, January 17, 1998, at North Iowa Mercy Health Center East, Mason City, Cerro Gordo county, Iowa.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Monsignor Walter Brunkan officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today at the Hauser Funeral Home, where there will be a parish vigil scripture wake service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to Mass at the church on Tuesday.

Memorials may be directed to the North Iowa Mercy Health Center Dialysis Center, Charles City, or the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Educational Fund, Charles City.

Robert was born on January 3, 1924.

Survivors include his wife, Ardith, of Charles City; two daughters, Juanita Hughes and Ramona Cagley, both of Charles City; four sons, Shawn of Charles City, Brian of Ottumwa, Barry of Nora Springs and Patrick of Charles City; four brothers, Parnell, Vere and Larry Kelly, all of Mason City, and Hugh Kelly of Marshalltown; one sister, Vivian Bell of Mason City; and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and two sisters.
