CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Julia E. Neal, 91 of 613 Eighth Ave., Charles City, died Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at Cedar Health.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, at Bethany Alliance Church, 1100 Clinton, Charles City, with the Rev. Kent Sovine officiating. Interment will be in Sunnyside Memorial Gardens.
