Our Marble Rock correspondent writes: Several fine residences have recently been built here, and more are under contract. S. E. Shepardson, banker, has just completed his house, which would be an ornament to some villages of greater pretensions. We are to have a new iron bridge, with two spans 120 feet each. All are feeling good over our grain market. We have some live men here for grain-buyers, who are paying from two to five cents more per bushel than any other place on this railroad line. The train now stops at our depot, which is quite satisfactory.
