Floyd County-St. Charles has “looked up” wonderfully since last spring. Many fine, substantial houses have been erected this season. The population is 1,000. Number of voters, 300; houses, 150; stores and groceries, 11; hotels, 2. New wheat, oats, corn and potatoes are in market and bring good prices.
