Rev. William Brush, D. D.
West Union Gazette:—Rev. William Brush, D. D., died Monday, April 29th, 1895, in Chicago, Ill. He was born in New Fairfield, Conn., Feb. 19th, 1827, and was graduated from Yale. He entered the ministry of the M. E. church and was a member for several years of the New York Conference in which he filled important appointments. In 1860 Rev. Brush was called to the Presidency of the Upper Iowa University, Fayette.
