Knut Tofte, an old resident of Dover Township, died recently while alone, and the coroner was called, but it was decided that the old gentleman had died from natural causes. He was aged 77 years, and for a half century had been making boots and shoes at his home in Dover, being commonly known to all as “thes hoemaker” and in fact many persons who knew him will never know what his real name was.
