Fatal Accident at Oelwein.
Oelwein, Town, May 6.—The three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Noble lies dead at the family residence here as the result of burns inflicted by fire caused by careless children. The children were playing in a barn, the floor of which was covered with straw. One of the children lighted a match and the straw caught fire and blazed up. The flames caught the dresses of the little Noble girl and in a moment she was a mass of fire. She was badly burned and suffered much before death relieved her.
