Friends of Rev. and Mrs. J. R. Caffyn are sympathising with them in the loss of their month old son, who died after a few days’ illness. The child was brought here for burial Tuesday afternoon and the funeral held at the home of Mrs. Caffyn’s brother, Prof. Dickman, Rev. Claypool officiating. Among those present besides the parents were Wm. Dickman and wife, Anna Housner, of Sumner, Mr. and Mrs. Newton, Maynard, Mr. Anderson, Lime Springs.—Fayette Postal Card.
