Adam Fussell Dead.
A card was received at this office Tuesday from San Bernardino, Cal., announcing the death of Adam Fussell, born Sept 1837, and died June 18, 1901.
As many of our readers know, Mr. Fussell lived in Fayette Co., from youth to manhood, served all through the civil war; returned to the county; was married and raised a family here, moving to California about seventeen years ago. We believe he built the store building now owned by Graf Bros. He has made two or three visits here since moving to California.— Fayette Postal Card.
Mr. Fussell will also be remembered by Howard county people where he held the office of County Superintendent two terms, afterwards being a member of the firm of Fussell & Doan, dealers iu{sic} hardware, &c.
