P.B. RYAN DEAD.

P.B. Ryan has joined the great majority on the other side of the river, dying at his home in this city Saturday evening. He had been in poor health for a year, gradually failing until the end came peacefully and calmly. Deceased came to this county with his parents about 1852 as near as we can learn, and for sometime the family home was on the farm now occupied by Nels Spencer.

He was in his 50th year. He leaves a wife and three daughters, Miss Jennie Ryan, of Chicago, Mrs. E. L . Payne and Mrs. Will Forrey, of this city.

Funeral services were held at the Catholic church Monday afternoon, the Rev. Father Mulligan officiating, and the remains were laid at rest in the Catholic cemetery south-east of town.
