Robert Wallace was found dead in the county jail at West Union Tuesday morning, having died during the night, presumably from delirium tremors. Wallace was arrested at Oelwein Saturday and sentenced to a term of 30 days in prison for continued drunkenness. He had been employed as a blacksmith in the Great Western shops and his family is supposed to live at Chicago, Illinois.
