Elgin Echo, Thur., 6 Dec. 1917.

Leonard, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. I. J. Monnahan, passed away Nov, 28. The child was one of twins that were born Oct. 29. The other twin died a couple weeks ago. Thus the parents are called upon to mourn the loss of both children and they have the sympathy of all in their sad bereavement.

(A second item in this issue of the paper under "Oak Grove News" notes: Mrs. Mary Monnahan returned to her home in Elgin Sunday, after having helped in the home of her son Isaac, during the sickness and death of their little son.).
